Our Story
In 2022, our founders, Jose Galan and Dora Villamarin, embarked on a remarkable journey by launching Global Care HNA CNA llc. This endeavor was born out of a deeply personal experience when Jose, following a life-altering accident that left him paraplegic, encountered the stark reality of navigating healthcare systems. Determined to not only manage his own care but also to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services for others in similar situations, Jose and Dora channeled their passion and expertise into creating Global Care HNA CNA.

Dora Villamarin
Husband and wife since 2016, Jose Galan, a former Electrician and Dora Villamarin, an Office Manager, are a couple of dreamers who are passionate about the arts, music and, of course, service to others. Originally from Colombia, they know about life's hardships and it different challenges giving them a special way to see their own lives and those of others.

Jose Galan is also a veteran of the USNAVY and USARMY were he served as an Electrician and Combat Medic and his wife has being a Christian Missionary for many years reaching countless lives.
